Who I Am

Stepping up to guide yourself and others forward is a significant accomplishment...and an important responsibility.

Great leadership goes beyond strategy, know-how and winning. It’s about connecting to people and inspiring them. And it requires the courage to overcome the personal obstacles that hold you back from owning your authentic voice.

That’s where I come in.

I help emerging leaders to confidently claim their power by showing up for themselves and others with transparency, humility, and heart. Having successfully navigated multiple life and career transitions, I know the excitement and uncertainty that comes with moving into a new role and making an impact. Through my own personal and professional development, I have been able to free myself of barriers that held me back from my heart and to shift the way I see, approach and work with others. And now I help others to do the same.

Originally from Los Angeles, I have extensive work history in the film industry, as well as corporate marketing and non-profit program coordination. I now live in Seattle with my partner and two kitties. When I am not busy cultivating leaders, I spend my time chasing sun spots around my apartment building.
